Through my experience I understand the importance of nutrition, providing a balanced diet to optimise the health and therefore, the performance of your crew. It’s well known that the girls want to stay skinny and look gorgeous so enjoy a healthy variety of fresh foods and that the boys need their rocket fuel! With this in mind, I plan my menus to cater for everyone’s palate, using local, fresh, seasonal produce. I love introducing new flavours to keep a variety in the crew’s diet, but I never forget the favourites and classical recipes from the past.

I love cooking and am extremly passionate about good food, from sourcing the best ingrediants, finding a new recipe to preparing a fabulous dinner, or to cater for your event.
I work well independantly and can confidently deliver within specific timeframes as well as being an enthusiastic team member; one who does not throw chef tantrums or pots and pans!

I understand the need to impress and I love using creative ideas to add a touch of glamour to any occasion. Whether it is for a high profile, corporate event, an intimate dinner party or a special occasion cake. I will make sure your guests get the wow factor with innovative food design. I can also design and prepare exquisite canapés, finger food, and nibbles, to fit every occasion.
I create dishes using only the best high quality, locally sourced ingredients as well as exquisite meals focused on your specific dietary requirements including gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, vegetarian and vegan, to make your experience simply perfect.
My speciality is seafood and the taste of the Mediterranean. Freshly dived oysters, line caught tuna, wild sea bass, beautifully poached prawns, barbecued lobster, pasta and more all served with interesting salad's using lots of herbs, fruits + nuts and delicious fresh vegetable side dishes.
