January 2019    & April 2019            M/Y Seanna        56m Delta

FREELANCE CHARTER CHEF

Flew last minute to the Caribbean to cover a charter onboard 56m M/Y Seanna as Head Chef.   Working with my Sous Chef we had an absolutely awesome charter catering for our American guests.  The guests were so extremely happy with the food onboard commenting it was the highlight of their trip.  The Captain has booked me for next charter in April.

12/2016 - 12/2017       M/Y Patience, 40m Benetti

(Private)  CHEF                                                                                                   Joined M/Y Patience in Fort Lauderdale, with a new owner and crew. This was an extremely busy start setting up the galley from scratch in preparation for an equally busy Caribbean season, cruising The Bahamas, BVI's, USVI's and Antillies. Food requests are mainly American family style, beach BBQ's, and lots of baked goodies.  I really enjoyed visiting the Caribbean islands, learning about Caribbean food, flavours and ingredients and continued to work onboard cruising and exploring the east coast of America.

02/2016 - 10/2016      M/Y Parvati, 40m  CRN

(Charter) CHEF

An absolutly fantastic season onboard M/Y Parvati cruising France, Italy & Croatia. Parvati has an excellent charter reputation and is know for its vibrant and musical crew onboard.  Unfortunately the boat sold mid season and no longer requires a permanent crew so sadly our contracts came to an end. I have excellent references from the Captain of this vessel and great feedback from the owner and charter guests.
